The surreal ideas that have become a hallmark of our runway shoes continued in subtle and refined form.

Long Time
A nod to the Tory tradition of the riding boot, the knee-high style on the runway featured an exaggerated elongated toe, a zipper that curved around the calf and the flattest of soles. Monk straps, designed with off-kilter seams, echoed the long and flat silhouette.

Well Heeled
Last season’s twisted heel peep-toe evolved into an elegant asymmetrical t-strap that connected to delicate ankle strap. The idea of the undulating heel continued in strappy sandals to more subtle effect.

Pin Party
A delicate and unexpected detail: Beautiful pavé brooches in the shape of a pair of twisted tulips were pinned to strappy sandals.
