What’s a party without a late-night bite? We close out our Shanghai Issue, on the occasion of Tory’s flagship celebration, with a look at the bash’s big dinner. In keeping with the event’s “New York to Shanghai” theme, Tory invited Phil Winser and Ben Towill of New York’s The Fat Radish restaurant to create and serve up a menu of fluke ceviche, New York strip steak, seared cod, truffle French fries and good ol’ American pumpkin pie. But the Big Apple connections didn’t stop there. Tory also recreated her own dining room and — with a little production magic — offered up gorgeous views of the city, overlooking Central Park (above).
