Get to know Domitilla Bertusi, an illustrator and graphic designer from Rome, as she shares her story plus getaway and tunic tips. #ToryTunic

My style is…
I’m rather classic-casual. I’m always on the move so I’m happier being comfortable.

And my secret styling trick…
I feel better with a touch of makeup and natural, light colors for the eyes and lips.

My first fashion memory…
At 16, when I went to buy my first dress — I was so excited!

Best fashion advice ever received…
It’s from my mother — she always suggests that classic style never goes out of fashion.

My tip to styling/accessorizing a tunic…
Certainly a belt with large earrings and bangles.

My favorite beach getaway in the world…
Seven Mile in Negril, Westmoreland, on Jamaica! A true paradise and beautiful memories.

And my recommendations on what to do/eat/see there…
Relax, relax, relax…

My bohemian icon…
I don’t have one, really.

The color I most love…
Navy blue — works 24/7.

My backstory is…
I grew up between Switzerland and Italy. I’ve drew since I can remember and now work as an illustrator and a graphic designer. I am a mother of two little girls, so my time is split between them and work. My first book for children Mimmi & Momi – Un giorno speciale (Electa Mondadori) was published in 2012. In 2013 I illustrated the “World Kids Campaign” for YOOX.com. I now focus on illustration and design custom wallpapers for WALLPEPPER in Milan.
