The breathtaking Italian setting of the HBO series’ second season has us planning our looks.

The second season of Mike White’s HBO series is set at the fictitious hotel’s location in Sicily. The hotel – a former monastery – is nestled into a cliff with Mount Etna looming above and the deep blue Ionian Sea below. Despite the growing air of menace with each episode, the setting is utterly transporting, inspiring us to wonder what we might bring for our own trip to southern Italy. In anticipation of the series finale this weekend, we’ve packed a bag.
