Tory described the runway beauty direction as “the fresh, energized look of an athlete after a practice or match.”
Hairstylist Guido Palau met the brief with a clean and classic ‘’do: hair swept neatly back from the face, softening into textured waves at the ends. “It’s very simple,” explained Palau. “but also weirdly futuristic.”
Makeup artist Diane Kendal echoed the direction: clean faces complemented by only the basics to achieve that post-workout glow. For the skin she used Laura Mercier’s Real Flawless Weightless Perfecting Foundation and Concealer with a bit of Secret Camouflage Concealer and a dusting of Translucent Loose Setting Powder. On the cheeks, a swipe of Tinted Moisturizer Bronzer and a quick flick of mascara and eyebrow pencil for the eyes.
